Warranty information

Once you receive your item, you have 48 hours to inspect and notify us of any defects.

1-year manufacturing warranty on all items purchased from our website. Please pay attention to the following details of the warranty, which reads as follows:

In the case of a manufacturing deficiency the customer has 1 year, from date of purchase, to return the item for exchange with the same or similar model of the same price range. No refunds. The item must be unused and in original packaging.
This warranty does not cover any shipping expenses. This means that the item has to be brought back to our warehouse, and also picked up from our warehouse. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Also you will be responsible for shipping cost to receive the item back. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship only. This means that if you receive the item and find some kind of damage, you can bring it back within one year from the date of purchase, with the proof of purchase, for an exchange or repair.

What does not qualify under this warranty are the following:

Manufacturer defect occurs prior to using the product when the item fails to perform its intended function, for example, it does not turn on, battery does not charge, etc., If a defect occurs “after” using the item, or as a result of wear and tear, accident, neglect, misuse etc., then this requires “servicing”, which is a separate service, and is not covered by this warranty.

Upon the act of buying, the individual is encouraged to read these terms and assumes all personal responsibility for any consequences that may occur when using the item.

The customer assumes the responsibility of proper assembly, tune-up of the bike and should regularly maintain and check the safety of their bike.

Manufacturer defects are NOT minor cosmetic blemishes, scratches, tiny dents, awkward paint jobs, or anything that does not affect the performance of the item.

This warranty does NOT cover any personal injuries, damage to or failure of the bicycle or any other losses resulting from, misuse, neglect, wear and tear, or any other reason related to the use of the item.

Individuals must notice that cycling is an activity involving some element of risk and danger, and that they should take all the safety precautions when riding, like wearing helmet and pads, and following all applicable traffic laws.

The main purpose of this warranty is to guarantee that you receive a working product out of the box. This warranty is meant to protect the buyer in the case they receive a defective item out of the box. A serious and true defect of the item out of the box is when for example, the bike fails to turn on, the battery does not charge, hold any charge, or when a electrical part, like the throttle or controller fail to operate the bike. In cases like these, we can either replace the defective part, or in more extreme cases we can exchange the entire bike.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (valid only for shipments made in Canada, US orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges).

Battery Health and Safety

Warning: Do NOT charge over 6 hours. Charging time is between 3-5 hours, or until the red light on the charger turns green. Do NOT charge overnight.

Batteries should be kept indoors during very cold climates, and they should also be kept away from extreme heat for long periods of time.

Refunds and Return Policy

Bicycles are eligible for an exchange within 14 days of purchase, if not ridden and in new condition with proof of purchase.

Items are final sale and non-refundable. In the case that an item is exchanged for any reason, it is automatically subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Taxes and shipping costs are final and non-refundable.
