General Terms of Use & Lease<\/strong><\/h4>
1 Authorized Use: Only the Lessee named above is permitted to operate the scooter.
Maintenance: lessee covers regular wear-and-tear. The Lessee is responsible for misuse, neglect, or intentional damage. Even damage from regular wear and tear is the responsibility of the rider, and must be paid by the rider to fix the problem. There is no warranty for service.
Late Payments: After 7 days of missed payment, Tankx (Green circle ) may lock the vehicle remotely and initiate repossession.
Termination: Tankx (Green circle) may terminate this agreement for any violation, including unauthorized use or failure to notify change of info.
Early Termination by Tankx: Tankx (Green circle) reserves the right to cancel the lease at any time with or without cause.
Return of Scooter: At the end of the lease or upon termination, Lessee must return the scooter in good condition or pay the remaining balance. IF the Ebike is not returned, the lessee is automatically charged the remaining balance of the e-bikes total value.
Ownership: The scooter remains Tankx (Green circle) property until the full balance is paid.
8 Insurance (Optional): Lessee assumes risk for loss\/damage unless insurance is purchased.<\/p>
