Repairs are typically completed within a few days to one week. Once the repair is complete, it is the customer&#8217;s responsibility to pick up the e-bike promptly.<\/p><p>If a customer does not pick up their e-bike within <strong>one month from the date of drop-off<\/strong>, they forfeit their rights to the e-bike. Due to limited space in our repair center, e-bikes left unclaimed for extended periods (such as several months or years) will be considered <strong>abandoned<\/strong>. These abandoned e-bikes may be moved to other storage facilities and could be <strong>discarded, disassembled, or otherwise disposed of.<\/strong><\/p><hr \/><p><strong>Payment Requirement Upon Repair Completion<\/strong><\/p><p>Once the repair is completed, the customer is required to pay for the labor and any new parts used to repair or replace defective components.
